- To operate the unified inbox, campaigns, and automations.
- To meter credit usage and bill your subscription.

- To send service updates and, where permitted, product news.
How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with sub-processors that help us run the Services — such as channel gateways, hosting, and payment providers — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After account closure we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
Your rights

International transfers
Where we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Our processing of customer personal data is further governed by our Data Processing Addendum.
