Billing

Plans, credits & top-ups

SpeedIQ is credit-based: you pick a plan for its monthly channel buckets and included access. Email, SMS, AI, and voice use separate buckets; WhatsApp and social sends do not deduct SpeedIQ credits. No per-seat fees.

Top-ups

In Billing, choose Top up and set an amount for each bucket you want: Email, SMS, AI and Voice each have their own slider and amount box. Everything you pick is bought together in one payment, and the credits add to your balance on top of your plan. Each bucket is priced per credit in US dollars; the pricing page is the source of truth.

Auto-recharge

Turn on auto-recharge to avoid interruptions: set a threshold and a credit amount, and when your balance drops to the threshold a top-up of that amount is triggered and the owner is emailed a payment link (it needs a click to pay).

Paying

Payments are in US dollars through Razorpay (international cards accepted). Change plans from Billing: upgrades apply immediately and are prorated, and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
