STYLES
Five, one family
THE CHALLENGE

Sell homes that don't exist yet.

Villate was launching five villa styles — Modern, Classic, Contemporary, Spanish, Mexican — with nothing built. Buyers had to fall for finished homes from a brochure and a screen, and five distinct styles had to still read as one development.

THE APPROACH
01
One mark, five style brands

Logo and slogan for the development, then a sub-brand per villa style — each with its own concept color, all inside one family.

02
Photoreal 3D, exterior and interior

Every style modeled as one continuous world — facades, landscape, lighting, and furnished interiors — rendered at campaign resolution.

03
The campaign, from the renders

Brochures, hoardings, and sales material built directly on the 3D imagery — the world buyers saw was the world being sold.

THE OUTCOME

Approved on screen before it exists — five styles, one family, sold from the renders.

Buyers see the finished home

Photoreal exteriors and furnished interiors stand in for show villas that don't exist yet.

Five styles, one development

Concept colors keep each style distinct while the mark holds the family together.

One world, every channel

The same 3D world powers the brochure, the hoarding, and the sales office screen.
