How far ahead should we book a stand?

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a custom stand — concept, renders, fabrication, and logistics. We've turned around show-ready builds in less when the date is fixed.

Do you handle the on-site build and teardown?

Yes — our own crew installs, stays through the show for any fixes, and handles teardown. The team that designed the stand is the team on the floor.

Can you reuse a stand across multiple shows?

We design modular where it makes sense — a system that reconfigures to different footprints, so one investment travels across a season of shows.

Will the stand match our brand exactly?

Down to the finish. The same studio behind our identity and print work applies your guidelines to the physical build — color, type, and signage all on-brand.

What does pricing depend on?

Footprint, materials, and how much of the show we run on-site. Every stand is quoted up front after the concept — fixed scope, no surprises at load-in.
